A return will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Your returned product must have a HomeSpa LLC. Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.
Ensure product is carefully packaged
(its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of HomeSpaLLC
Refused Orders
If you refuse to accept delivery of your HomeSpa LLC device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Home Spa LLC plus a 20% handling and restocking fee charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.
Cancellations
Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed. Please contact HomeSpa LLC Customer Service for return instructions [email protected].
